- Developing and managing highly motivated team with right approaches and working principles
- Developing sales objectives, strategies and delivering 4S KPIs yearly, quarterly and monthly
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Provide sales fundamentals (4Ss) like; coverage, distribution, visibility and sales volume targets/ share in assigned territory within approval budgets;
- Develop sales objectives, strategies and plan in the assigned area to deliver 4S KPIs yearly, quarterly and monthly
- Collect feedback from Distributors and Customers, provides ideas and suggestions to input for trade marketing and marketing activities
- Organize monthly, quarterly and yearly sales volume, sales fundamental KPIs 4Ss targets, marketing & trade activities, FCM strategies and policies to sales force
- Implement strictly approved local and nationwide trade and consumer promotional activities in / out store execution
- Develop and manage highly motivated DSMs;
- Recruit the right talents, maintain, train and develop the DSMs & Sales Team
- Build the performance based culture with right approaches and working principles and Reward the best
- Develop/ build a professional and strong distributors network in assigned are;
- Appoint right and quality distributors to provide best services to outlets to with lowest cost to serve
- Manage all smooth effective operation through excellent implementation of all standard FCM core work processes, system, policies and fair ROI to distributors
- Ensure FCM regulations are being strictly observed
- Submit monthly competitor’s activities and prices, market information and sales forecast reports
