Job Description

  • Work with Managing Director to plan the sales force strategy and tactics in accordance with the company’s goals based on Field Sales Best Practice
  • Implement the company's best practice and ensure your team members have the appropriate knowledge, skill and motivation to do their jobs
  • Ensure the performance of team members is measured regularly and appropriate actions are taken
  • Manage Corporate Accounts to increase the sales by product penetration and gross profit
  • Prepare and analyze the sales team reports for Management review

Job Requirements

  • F.7 or above with at least 3 years’ relevant sales experience at supervisory level
  • Previous sales experience in serving SME accounts or sizable organization with good client networks and sales tract records in developing new business
  • Strong leadership skills and energetic with strong commitment towards sales target achievement
  • Strong communication skills and able to develop strong working relationships with people at all levels
  • Strong business sense with analytical abilities
  • Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
