Job Description

  • Manage sales team to achieve sales volume target
  • Manage sales team to achieve coverage outlet target
  • Cover effectively of all outlets within assigned territories
  • Increasing sales volume through exiting outlets and expand to new outlets
  • Communicate price, promotion and product to all outlets
  • To ensure all product are availabilities and visibilities
  • Update market situation, customer feedback and competitorís activities
  • Monitoring on Age Receivable and payment collection (Pre Sales)
  • Complete report accurately and on time
  • Build and keep a good relationship with all level of employee and trades
  • To join regularly visit market with sales team and supervisor
  • To plan for Monthly Working Plan
  • To set frequently meeting with sales team and supervisor
  • To motivate, train and coach sales team about BCP and Product Knowledge
  • To ensure sales team execute and implement promotion program
  • Manage sub distributor and wholesaler to achieve their monthly sales volume target
  • Review frequently sales performance of each category and skus.
  • Monthly Sales Report to National Sales Manager
  • Monthly Business Review with National Sales Manager

Job Requirements

  • At least Bachelor Degree
  • Age from 25-35
  • Open mind and willing to learn new thing
  • At least 3-5 years experiences in sale and marketing of FMCG
  • Good English communication, presentation and coordination skills
  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Points
  • Ability to work under pressure and tough timeline
  • Take an initiative and working as group
  • Willing to travel
  • Good communication to all level of people
  • Understanding about leadership and motivate people
  • Understanding about time management and job prioritize
  • Truthfulness and fair to all subordinate
  • Aggressive attitude and hardworking
  • Good discipline
