Job Description

  • Ensure that all reporting and control procedures in the areas of operational compliance, customer service, management control of store, production, employee hygiene, maintenance and general administration are in place and are completed in accordance with Company's policy and procedures.
  • Provides effective leadership to all employees directly or indirectly supervised and ensures that they are properly recruited, selected, trained, motivated and developed.
  • Ensures the commitment of all employees to CHAMPS (Cleanliness, Hospitality, Accuracy, Maintenance, Product Quality,  Speed. in all stores by:
    • Assisting Restaurant General Managers to develop and implement action plans to improve and maintain excellent product quality; fast, efficient service and clean stores and facilities kept in good repair;
    • Conducting periodic CHAMPSCHECK and CER (Champ Excellent Review evaluations to audit store performance.
  • Optimizes profitability and efficiency of stores under direct supervision by:
    • Building sales through participating in Company marketing programs and training employees in customer service and suggestive selling techniques;
    • Analyzing product, labor and other controllable costs; implementing improvements where needed.
  • Ensure compliance with approved cash control and security procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Age  between 28-40
  • Bachelor's degree or above education with major in business or management discipline e.g. Supervision or Management Certificate highly regarded.
  • Retail and/or consumer oriented service industry experience preferably in multi-outlet food/quick service restaurant area at Restaurant General Manager level (minimum 2-3 years).
  • Experienced in operations management and business administration (minimum 2-3 years) with responsibility for achievement of operations targets i.e. sales, profit, procedural compliance.
  • PC experience preferred.
  • Sound management level planning, organizing, leading and controlling skills. Should be self motivated and disciplined.
  • Sound negotiating, communication and interpersonal skills
