Overview of Role
To lead the development and maturity of IT Service Management across APAC office as part of a global Service Management team.
The role will be responsible for both managing day to day activities and developing the APAC Service Management strategy aligned to the Global strategy of improving the overall service delivery.
The APAC Head of Service Manager will work with other technical teams
The APAC Head of Service Manager owns the Continual Service Improvement for their region, aligned to the Global Strategy, for all processes under their responsibility.
