Job Description

Summary of position
Our client is a garment company designing and manufacturing high-quality motorcycle clothing looking for an Administrative and Financial Manager. The Administrative and Financial Manager will oversee all aspects of finance and accounting and will manage the financial and administrative organisation of the company. She/he will be based in Phnom Penh.
Main duties and responsibilities
  • Guarantee the reliability of the accounts and establish financial and accounting documents in accordance with the legislation;
  • Follow up the cash flow position and adapt the flow management to the needs for the structure and ensure all payments are made in time;
  • Set up the procedures of financial control and the necessary indicators to follow up activities;
  • Conduct internal audit missions on company departments;
  • Insure the relations with tax authorities and ensure the role of interlocutor in case of control;
  • Define needs in the optimisation of the systems of information and financial control;
  • Control the good execution of the strategy defined with the direction;
  • Realise salaries according to the compensation policy defined by the person in charge of production, social statements and contracts;
  • Communicate with all departments and take responsibility for the human resources department and ensure good atmosphere with collaborators in the company.

Job Requirements

  • Professional proficiency in English and Chinese;
  • A degree in Accounting and/or Finance and/or Professional Accounting Qualification;
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative and finance management experience;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good problem solving and follow-up skills.
