Job Description

  • Manage the Accounts Payable and Payment service delivery and performance for the local entities in scope.
  • To act as the consultant for all entities in Thailand and other country related to AP and payment.
  • Optimize / Follow up AP and Payment Process.
  • Responsible for the delivery on time of the preliminary quality results.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the AP and Payment process area. Proactively seek opportunities to improve service delivery.
  • Ensure to meet the compliance and internal control for group requirement for AP and payment.
  • Comply with Tax/Legal for Local and group requirement for payment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting.
  • At least 6 years of experience within process ,ideally with a business related qualification.
  • Competent in AP and payment activities - qualified or part qualified desirable.
  • Experience in Accounting especially AP and payment is preferable.
  • Deep knowledge of Accounting and purchase to pay rules and Legal aspect include VAT and W/H tax rule.
  • Experience in Team Management and working in a multicultural environment
  • Influent in English (written and spoken)
