Job Description

  • Taking briefs from client, managing operations and maintaining timelines.
  • Project management leadership and liaising with clients/partnership to manage their expectation, needs and special requests for the event and properly manage the internal communication.
  • Ensure projects meet the client brief and achieve their objectives.
  • Coordinating with multiple teams to ensure smooth creative delivery across all mediums (FB, Instagram, Television, Outdoor).
  • Work with team to forecast costing & budget proposal to clients.
  • Strengthen client & partnership relationship.
  • Knowledge about brand, it’s competitors and what’s new in the market.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in account management.
  • Possesses the ability to create, maintain and enhance customer relationship.
  • Must be able to demonstrate the ability of maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
  • Must have the ability to maintain a professional approach with others in job-demanding multitasking and/or project support situations.
  • Strong communicator that is clear, concise and tailored to various audiences both written and oral.
