Job Description

  • Understand the company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
  • Ensures that all process and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
  • Ensures that client issues are dealt with an efficient manner, informing the Account Executive or the person in charge of any problems that may arise.
  • Carries out responsibilities with minimal direction, customer and service-oriented person with passion and desire.
  • Works closely with the team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
  • Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
  • Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
  • Reports to the Account Executive, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Male / Female with Potential Leadership Qualities, Self-starter with excellent Interpersonal Skills
  • Must possess at least Bachelorís Degree from reputable university.
  • Strong background and work experience in retail operation (Min 2 years).
  • Having experience in books and consumer goods is an advantage.
  • Excellent skills in data processing using MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc).
  • Creative, love challenge, positive attitude, outgoing, honest, responsible, trusty person, discipline, extremely detailed oriented, fast learner and have a good interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
  • Hard worker, able to work as an individual or in the team, motivated, willing to work under pressure and deadline, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
  • Customer and service-oriented person with passion and desire.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English (preferable).
  • Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
  • Willing to be placed at Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat.
