To manage, update regularly and precisely the official public information, image of hotel’s products and services on website. To supervise the usage, recommend to change website tools in order to meet guest’s demands, to change website form in order to catch up morden trend of the market and in accordance with hotel’s manner.
To establish relationship with potential room sales websites. To advertise website’s address and image on search tools on internet and professional website, to ensure information and image are updated precisely.
To set the plan and maintenance budget for domain name. To set plan and budget for advertising and marketing on website in short and long term, to be present on major websites.
To implement marketing, direct sales by email, to do on line marketing of the website address to potential clients (following regulations).
To recommend promotion policies to attract on line booking.
To manage on line booking guests’ record, to execute sales calls (periodic or by event), to resolve guests’ complaint and comments.
To implement periodic reporting to Director of Sales about on line room booking, guest status (volume, increase and decrease, guest’s complaint, affected event…).
To directly welcome and take care of important guest during guest staying at the hotel, to follow up the implementation of public policies on website.
To implement and take part in other activities of hotel as per regulation and assignment of upper management (such as promotion program, sales campaign, client seminar, etc…).
To maintain professional working manner, appropriate behavior in dealing with guest and colleagues, to ensure the elegant appearance.
To build up proactive working environment, encourage staff’s working moral, acknowledge staff’s comments, maintain good relationship with colleagues. To evaluate performance of each staff and implement the rewarding and punishment in transparent and fairly manner.
To be ready to take other tasks subject to assignment of General Manager.
Diploma/ Certificate in Business Administration, Hotel Management preferred.
2 - 3 year experience on the same position.
Experience in team management.
Excellent skills In Customer Service.
Leadership and well organized.
IT skills: good in Microsoft office.
English: good writing and communication skills.
